Abstract

Coronary artery disease (CAD) is a leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Lifestyle changes, including diet, physical activity, smoking cessation, and stress management, have been shown to significantly impact the progression of CAD. This article reviews the evidence supporting the role of lifestyle modifications in managing CAD, discussing the mechanisms by which these changes influence disease progression and highlighting the clinical implications for prevention and treatment.
