These Terms and Conditions ("Terms' ') govern your use of the services provided by Kuwait Scientific Society, operated under Iarcon ("the Company' '). By accessing or using Kuwait Scientific Society, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the services provided by Kuwait Scientific Society.

 

Services Provided

Kuwait Scientific Society offers a platform for authors to submit their scholarly works for publication in academic journals or through individual publishers.
The Company acts as a payment collection centre, collecting payments from authors on behalf of journals or individual publishers.

 

User Accounts:

To access certain features of Kuwait Scientific Society, you may be required to create a user account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your user account.

 

Payments:

Authors are responsible for making payments for journal publication Kuwait Scientific Society.
Payments made through Kuwait Scientific Society are subject to the refund policy outlined separately.

Content Submission:

By submitting content for publication through Kuwait Scientific Society, you warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so.
You grant Kuwait Scientific Society the non-exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, and display your submitted content for the purpose of publication.

 

Intellectual Property:

The content and materials available on Kuwait Scientific Society, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from Kuwait Scientific Society without the Company's prior written consent.

 

Limitation of Liability:

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Kuwait Scientific Society.

The Company's total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to access or use Kuwait Scientific Society.

 

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kuwait Scientific Society, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the services provided by Kuwait Scientific Society or your breach of these Terms.

 

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of india, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

 

Changes to Terms:

The Company reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of Kuwait Scientific Society after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
